Translate future demand and capacity data into organizational objectives and factory requirements.

Create and implement factory strategy, including roadmaps that identify key drivers, constraints, and opportunities for innovation.

Develop and oversee capital investment plans that support long-term production growth.

Facilitate new product introduction and transition-to-production activities within factory environments.
-
Work effectively within matrixed teams across multiple locations.

Solve problems that connect production realities with financial, program, and customer commitments.

Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee strategic process improvement and facility upgrade projects.
-
Develop and present strategic recommendations, business cases, and progress updates to senior leadership.
-
Build and leverage an understanding of customer needs, demand outlook, funding priorities, and factory capabilities to support future business needs.

Travel approximately 5–20%.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience

Leadership experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, or Programs.
-
Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, financial models, or other financial inputs for program or factory projects.
-
Experience developing or contributing to organizational, operational, factory, or portfolio strategy.
-
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
-
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience analyzing data and developing compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

Experience with factory layouts, capacity modeling, space utilization, or manufacturing footprint planning, and understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement principles.

Experience managing capital projects, facilities expense projects, or operating budgets, and experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly, New Product Introduction, or transition-to-production activities.

Familiarity with the Raytheon portfolio of programs, and experience in management consulting or internal strategy roles.

Active U.S. security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
