Are you someone who loves organization, thrives on details, and enjoys being at the center of how technology powers a business? As our IT Asset Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every piece of hardware and software is tracked, optimized, and working for our people.
From managing cutting-edge equipment to shaping smarter processes, this is your opportunity to make a visible impact across the organization.
What You’ll Do
You’ll own and elevate our IT Asset Management (ITAM) lifecycle, from procurement to deployment to retirement. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business and help drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
Day-to-Day Highlights
- Be the go-to expert for all IT assets: tracking, organizing, and optimizing hardware and software across the company
- Support our teams by processing hardware requests, coordinating deployments, and ensuring smooth delivery experiences
- Keep things running seamlessly by receiving shipments, organizing inventory spaces, and maintaining a clean, efficient storage system
- Own the data: track serial numbers, user assignments, and asset locations with precision
- Lead by example: guide team members on processes that ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Audit and improve: conduct regular inventory checks and identify opportunities for optimization
- Manage asset lifecycle: coordinate returns, relocations, and responsible disposal of equipment
- Champion smart software usage: process requests, track licenses, and ensure compliance with vendor agreements
- Turn data into insights: create reporting that highlights trends, usage, and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement: partner with IT leadership to refine processes and enhance the ITAM program
What Makes This Role Exciting
- You’ll own a critical function that directly impacts employee productivity
- You’ll gain exposure to both technical and business operations
- You’ll help shape and improve systems, not just maintain them
- Your work will influence cost savings, efficiency, and compliance
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3+ years of experience in IT asset management, inventory, project coordination, or similar
- A foundational understanding of IT concepts and environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Excellent communication skills - you can collaborate effectively across teams
- Solid computer skills and comfort working with systems and data
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Your work will matter immediately - you’ll see the impact of what you do
- You’ll join a team that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Opportunities to grow your career in IT operations, asset management, or beyond
