Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Housekeeper located in Denham Springs, LA. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas, such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. The Housekeeper will handle laundry duties, restock guest essentials, and ensure that all assigned spaces meet Hilton's high standards of hygiene and presentation. The role requires consistent communication with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience while adhering to safety and cleanliness guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laundry and general cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of spaces
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with guests and colleagues effectively
- Exceptional Organization Skills to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job Training to adapt to Hilton's standards and protocols
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude for exceeding cleanliness and guest service expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle moderate to heavy lifting
