We are looking for a talented Technica l Training Associate - Level I to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley. MN
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Facilitate Training Programs : Support the facilitation of both general and specific training and development programs, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.
- Contribute to Program Design : Assist in the planning, design, delivery, and implementation of training programs, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop Instructional Content : Provide input to instructional content, preparing materials such as participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids that align with corporate standards.
- Conduct Needs Analysis : Assist with needs, audience, and task analysis to identify training requirements and provide input into effective solutions or changes.
- Maintain Training Records : Keep detailed records and reports on training progress, using evaluation data to guide program revisions and improvements, and providing input for continuous enhancement.

Education:
Student enrolled in an Engineering or other STEM related Bachelor’s degree
Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Program training courses with coaching from senior content developers.
- Participates in updating course materials and trainer materials.
- Deliver training courses with coaching from senior content developers.
- Support continuous improvement and enhancement of team processes
- Video creation editing for training content
