Purpose and Impact:
The Counterintelligence Operational Support Team provides Counterintelligence (CI) analysis services that includes the fusing intelligence and collecting of raw data from multiple sources and varying classifications to identify threats, trends, structures, and locations of Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE). This includes the dissemination of time-sensitive and non-time-sensitive Force Protection (FP) threat information and assessments to supported Commanders including six (6) Air Force Central (AFCENT) forward deployed units within the CENTCOM AOR and one (1) CONUS based unit.
Work Schedule: M-F, 8hrs a day, 40hrs/week
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Independently conduct in-depth research, collection, collation, analysis, and link analysis of a wide range of extremely complex information to include targets, evaluating source- provided information, and analyzing veracity of intelligence reports.
- Prepare comprehensive foreign intelligence and terrorism informational or analytical products. Products should be delivered on a monthly to quarterly basis, or as required by AFOSI or USAFCENT leadership.
- Coordinate with representatives at intelligence agencies at USCENTCOM, AFCENT, and/or other agencies at the discretion of 24 EFIS/CC and COR.
- Develop and maintain professional contacts with U.S. counterparts, such as military and national-level intelligence/counter terrorism agencies.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to senior officials on a bi-weekly to monthly basis, regarding threat information impacting DAF/DoD personnel and resources in the USCENTCOM/AFCENTAOR.
- Review and provide feedback to AFOSI 24 EFIS and subordinate units regarding OSI- generated intelligence reports emanating from within the USCENTCOM/AFCENT AOR.
- Perform SOB function. Evaluate individual source networks for each AFOSI operating location in the USCENTCOM AOR. Network assessments will analyze the makeup of each source network as it relates to productivity trends, operational directives, and priority intelligence requirements. Produce (SVRs and OSR reports IAW 24 EFIS SOB SOPs). Products should be delivered on a bi- weekly basis, or as required by the government.
- Conduct FUOPS analysis in support of various contingency plans and exercises in the USCENTCOM AOR in order to support AFOSI 24 EFIS/Shaw in the management and oversight of current and future AFOSI counter-terrorism operations (CTO) requirements and engagements. Products should be delivered in a bi-weekly basis, or as required by the government.
- Conduct reviews of SOMM database profiles. Reviews will include but are not limited to utilizing the 24 EFIS SOP and CCR 381-16 to document itemized discrepancies, aid in updating profiles, and assist in profile deconfliction. Feedback will be provided to field units and 24 EFIS staff.
- Travel and provide onsite and offsite support to other CONUS and OCONUS locations in the CENTCOM AOR as requested.
- Ensure all products and briefings produced in support of this contract are in strict compliance with security classification, restrictive caveats, and dissemination directives.
- Maintain current passport and visa requirements at all times and maintain the ability to be world-wide deployable to include medical clearances and other items outlined in this PWS.
- Utilize overarching governing documents including but not limited to 24 EFIS SOPs, DODI 2000.12, 3115.17, 5240.10, 5240.22, S-5240.17, S-3325.07, DODM 5240.02, DCHE-M 33001.001, DCHE-M 33001.002, and Appendix 2 to Annex B of CENTCOM and AFCENT CONOPS, AFI 71-101 V4, OSII 71-144 V1, and CCR 381-16. Deliver products that are free from grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Provide Source citations to all products per ICON guidance.
- Communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Six (6) years of all-source analytical experience utilizing HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or OSINT.
- One (1) year comprehensive analytical support to counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and/or HUMINT operations, ending within the last three (3) years.
- Six (6) years of experience in the development of intelligence analysis products.
- Strong writing skills and being capable of effectively operating as a member of a combined/joint intelligence team required. Strong briefing skills and being capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements required.
- Experience and working knowledge of the following programs and systems within the last three (3) years: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access); Analyst Notebook; SIPR/JWICS Access; M3 - Multi Media Messenger (Or other message handling system such as TAC/Tripwire, Palantir, etc.); SOMM - Source Operations Management Module; Proton – JWICS Access Required (or other similar such database such as ROCKSTAR, Voltron, etc.); Intellink; CIA WIRE; GCOMC; HOT-R (Or CHROME– Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Requirements, Reporting, and Operations Management Environment); NCTC Online - National Counter Terrorism Center Online; J2 DCP Portal (CJCS Portal) on JWICS. Knowledge of AFOSII2MS and/or CI2MS is desirable.

- Six (6) years of all-source analytical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international affairs, national security studies, Arabic studies, international business, international terrorism, trends and analysis, intelligence/counterintelligence or other related fields; Southwest Asian regional expertise; knowledge of source management via SOMM. Experience working with and/or supporting OSI is highly preferred.

Compensation Details:
$95,000- $100,000
