As a Business Operations Fellow, you will play a role in building business cases for growth opportunities across various segments of Disney. You will collaborate effectively within teams and demonstrate the ability to work independently with limited supervision, contributing to the resolution of complex issues and providing innovative insights on established solutions. This role is significant in driving strategic business decisions and ensuring smooth operations through coordination with business partners across the organization.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for translating data and delivering insights through well-crafted presentations to support the evaluation of growth opportunities and solving key business problems. You will work cross-functionally or within the following: Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Regional Teams to aggregate and elevate perspectives on high-priority strategic considerations.
- Create market overviews and develop points of view on trends and market forecasts in existing and emerging media and technology markets.
- Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively.
- Structure complex and ambiguous operational/business issues and develop compelling, insightful recommendations.
- Build detailed financial models to facilitate decision-making.
- Develop growth strategies/new business opportunities and work across the company to build consensus and mobilize towards execution.
- Craft key presentation materials and use storytelling skills to persuasively communicate insights and recommendations.
- Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Research, Analytics, Product, etc.

Basic Qualifications
- Strong analytical and technical skills (e.g., financial modeling).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to synthesize and communicate highly complex and technical information.
- Demonstrated success in delivering results in a cross-functional team setting.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
