What You’ll Experience
As a Maxim Intern, you won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute. Through a structured training program, you’ll learn about our company’s history, strategy, compliance practices, and the fundamentals of recruiting and business development. What You’ll Do
- Partner with office leadership and recruiters to support projects in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, and operations
- Complete Maxim’s interactive e-learning training modules to build foundational knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting caregivers, clients, and visitors
- Answer and route incoming calls, acting as a key point of contact
- Collaborate with sales teams to increase brand awareness and strengthen community presence
- Take initiative to set goals, improve processes, and drive results
- Support daily office operations and contribute wherever needed
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferred majors include Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a high level of professionalism
- Results-driven mindset with a willingness to learn
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Proficiency in English required
