Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Winter Garden, FL. The Sales Representative will engage directly with customers in-store to understand their needs, recommend wireless plans and devices, and guide them through the purchasing and activation process. Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, handling customer questions and concerns, and delivering an exceptional service experience at every interaction. The role also involves meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of T-Mobile products, promotions, and network advantages. The Sales Representative will collaborate with team members, support in-store merchandising and inventory activities, and uphold T-Mobile’s brand standards and customer-first culture.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service and sales abilities, including experience engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear, accessible way.
- Comfort with technology, mobile devices, and point-of-sale systems; ability to learn new systems and product features quickly.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward sales goals, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Collaborative attitude and reliability in working on-site, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail, wireless, or electronics sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
