This role is for the Administrative Assistant for the Batesville Composite Operations Site, who will be responsible for a range of tasks focused around helping to maintain a smooth plant operation.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work with limited supervision, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and provide direct administrative support to the Site Leadership Team, Site HR Leader, and production floor. As the Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Provide direct administrative support and assist with assigned tasks for theSite Leadership Team and Site HR Leader
- Support daily administrative needs for the site, including coordination acrossleadership, HR, and production teams
- Assist in purchasing supplies and materials forProduction Leadership, HR, and other site functions
- CompleteSSS orderingfor Production Leadership and site support needs
- Coordinate scheduling, setup, and maintenance ofconference rooms and shared meeting spaces
- Maintain and updatesite email distribution listsand support internal communications
- Manage vendor relationships and communications, including but not limited touniforms, safety shoes, and on-site vending services
- Assist withsite visitors, including scheduling, coordination, and badging
- Support the planning and execution ofsite events, including catering, room scheduling, employee events, and event preparation
- Assist in preparing for and supportingsite meetings, including all-hands meetings, celebrations, employee engagement activities, and leadership meetings
- Createproduction packets and labelsfor the production floor
- Track orders, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed
- Supportsite engagement activities, including fundraising, donation collection, and submissions
- Assist theSite HR Leaderwith administrative HR tasks such as:
- Scheduling interviews and candidate onsite visits
- Coordinating new hire onboarding logistics
- Supporting employee communication distribution
- Assisting with meeting coordination for employee relations, training, and HR programs
- Maintaining HR-related trackers, files, and documentation as appropriate
- Supporting recognition events, engagement initiatives, and other employee-focused activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
Desired Characteristics:
- 3 years of administrative support experience
- HR administrative support experience
- Ability to perform basic functions with Microsoft Office products, including navigating to files, data input, presentation creation
- Team player (team oriented success)
- Detail orientated; ability to multitask and prioritize

- Work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn and understands all policies, practices, and procedures
