Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for the performance of the Operations Team and to assist the Rental Manger in ensuring the success of the Rental Power Division. The Operations Manager will work with the entire Rental Power Team to ensure that all customer needs are met and all customers are satisfied.
Essential Functions
- Tracking and managing expenses to ensure proper recognition of expense with revenue.
- Financial reporting to ensure goals are met and budgets are realized.
- RPO process management
- Assist in managing relationships with vendor partners
- Ensuring compliance with DOT and scheduling for internal logistics
- Managing internal logistics team
- Enabling the team to succeed by providing support as needed
- Mentoring and developing subordinates
- Issuing POs as needed
- Manage equipment asset documentation
- Managing titles
- ESC management
- Issuing Pos for new Unit
- Creating equipment record in DBS
- Vendor POC for new orders
- Issue sales invoices
- Establishing depreciation schedule for each asset
- Establish warranty file for each asset
- Contract Management
- Ensure that all insurance certificates are up to date.
- Collaborate with Rental Coordinators to ensure that all agreements are signed
- Manage customer invoicing process
- Operations Process owner
- Standard work owner for Operations Processes
- Collaborate with Rental Manager to ensure team and division goals are met
- Approve P-Cards for coordinators and drivers
- Partner with internal sales teams across the CTE family of companies to ensure that all needs are met
- Ensure that all delivery and time to ready goals are met to achieve customer satisfaction
- Manage accounts receivable reporting
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
Computer Skills
Advanced computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office software, as Word and Excel, data base systems and the ability to operate CAT PC and Main Frame Programs. Auto CAD, Scheduling Software, Adobe Professional
