About The Role
Are you a self-starter looking to join a top performing commercial real estate team? Due to our continued growth and increasing transaction volume, CBRE has a new Transaction Analyst/Paralegal opportunity in Cincinnati.
As a CBRE Transaction Management Analyst, you will support the real estate transaction management and brokerage teams and be responsible for documentation related to the transaction process flow.
This job is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers and Transaction Management Team members are responsible for buying, selling, and leasing of retail, office, and other commercial properties on behalf of a Client for occupation.
What You’ll Do
- Work with Team members (broker, Transaction Management, Legal, Client internal team, landlords, tenants) to handle various transaction types for the Client
- Manage all listing and deal files in compliance with Real Estate regulations.
- Create and manage files for all transaction types and complete checklists. Work with Client and Brokers to market properties, collect market comparable information, circulate documents, distribute information internally. Distribute listing renewal information to sales professionals.
- Create comp maps and prepare comps for Transaction Managers.
- Obtain necessary verifications of contingencies for transactions and track critical dates for transactions.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks as described in detail during training.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Prepare projections used to collect the commissions due to the company.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related real estate experience. Paralegal experience and familiarity with title insurance is beneficial.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Working knowledge of databases and shared reporting tools (ie CoStar, Smartsheet, Sharepoint)
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset; strong follow-up skills.
- Strong writing skills
- Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
- Able to work collaboratively as well as self-directed in work assignments

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Analyst position is $60,000 annually or ($28.85 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Transaction Analyst position is $75,000 annually [or $36.06 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
