What You'll Do

Support the sales team with daily administrative and customer service tasks

Assist customers by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and providing product information

Prepare quotes, estimates, and sales documentation accurately and efficiently

Maintain customer records and update information within company systems

Follow up with customers regarding proposals, project updates, and service inquiries

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to completion

Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support sales growth

Assist with showroom organization and presentation to create a positive customer experience

Monitor incoming leads and help ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, or a related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
