Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor and address customer issues and discrepancies, submit form to accounting for processing to address said issues and discrepancies.Improve customer service experience by gathering feedback and implementing established processes.Call Management:
Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, assisting with inquiries, order placement, and troubleshooting issues.Initiate outbound calls for follow-up, order confirmation, and issue resolution, ensuring a proactive approach to customer service.
Sales Support:
Prepare and send customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary information is provided for decision making.Collaborate with buyers and inventory teams to research and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and stock availability.Research and submit product usage reports as required by customers, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Operational Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between customer and the warehouse, addressing operational issues, order discrepancies, and logistical concerns.Track shipments, update customers on order status, and work with trucking partners to ensure timely deliveries.
