Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise-grade applications that support AI-driven and intelligent digital capabilities. This role involves transforming legacy systems into scalable, resilient, and production-ready solutions aligned with modern architecture principles and engineering best practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, ownership and drive high-quality delivery.
Champion adoption of modern development practices, including automation, observability, and design patterns
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, mentor, and work effectively across teams
