We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Principal Healthcare Document Management Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of document imaging solutions within healthcare organizations. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful solution deployment, workflow optimization, user adoption, and ongoing operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with healthcare industry knowledge, strong communication skills, project leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
Internal Responsibilities
• Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of document imaging and management solutions for healthcare organizations, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration with existing workflows and EHR systems.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering skills development and sharing industry best practices.
• Analyze and optimize complex workflow processes; drive and champion process improvements to elevate efficiency, compliance, and user experience throughout the document lifecycle.
• Oversee and actively participate in the development and delivery of training programs for both end-users and internal staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and solution adoption.
• Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for technical troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve high-impact issues.
• Manage and update comprehensive project documentation, including detailed training materials, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Serve as a primary client liaison in both onsite and virtual environments, building strong relationships, gathering requirements, and providing strategic counsel throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, methodologies, and standards
