This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton's unique brands! As a Senior Analyst, F&B Brand Programs, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the F&B Brand Development team reporting to the Senior Director, Brand F&B Programs, you will play an integral role in managing F&B enterprise level projects, ranging from scalable development resources (scalable brands and prototypes) to program resources (i.e. retail/breakfast/bars/restaurants) and deployment of such projects to the field. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the production of internal and external communication, deciphering, and organizing data into meaningful and actionable reports/presentations, understanding limitations of department wide project budgets, timelines, and conducting internal presentations.
What You'll Do During a Typical Day
- Manage assignments in support of F&B concepts and programs that represent respective brand positioning and principles and effectively balance guest desirability, operational feasibility, and financial viability.
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of food, beverage, retail programs, and restaurant focused LTO's (limited time offers).
- Track effectiveness of program testing and pilots using internal metrics and on-property research to develop ROI stories, business cases and cost models for rollout.
- Contribute to the development of enterprise communication tools and channels. i.e. The Lobby, operational guides, internal communication (NOW, etc.)
How You'll Collaborate With Others
- Engage with internal stakeholders (brand, HSM, BPS) to drive implementation, adoption, and compliance with brand F&B programs.
- Collaborate with brand teams and F&B peers to create programming and operational resources.
- Attend relevant showcase and conference events to maintain knowledge base and trend awareness.
Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of
- Develop and maintain F&B Brand programs, including program guides, sourcing, and property resources.
- Special F&B projects including product development and event management.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) years of corporate experience in hospitality or related consumer-facing product sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Office 365
- Willing to travel up to 15%
- Hybrid Schedule from McLean, VA
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Two (2) years of hospitality industry experience, with experience in food and beverage (F&B)
