About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Program Director is a high-impact leadership role within CBRE's Global TA Team. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the LevelUp program, a strategic talent pipeline program designed to attract, develop, and convert early-stage professionals into Data Centre talent.
This role partners closely with the RPO vendor, senior stakeholders across the business, and a range of technical and program delivery partners. A significant proportion of the role (approximately 80%) is event-based, requiring regular travel and on-the-ground presence hiring events.
What You’ll Do
Program Leadership
- Own and drive day-to-day operational execution of the LevelUp program, ensuring activities are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Translate the LevelUp Talent Acquisition strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for program performance, reporting progress to senior stakeholders
Events & Candidate Engagement
- Represent CBRE at approximately 80% of scheduled hiring events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom contractors, Meta community leads to maximize program reach and candidate quality.
- Act as a visible, energetic ambassador for CBRE's employer brand within early talent markets.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Korn Ferry, ensuring contractual obligations are met and delivery is aligned with CBRE's LevelUp program goals.
- Engage with telecom contractors and external delivery partners, maintaining clear expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
- Escalate risks or performance concerns to the Head of TA in a timely and structured manner.
Strategy & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the LevelUp TA strategy, providing market insight, candidate feedback, and operational learnings.
- Track, analyze, and report on key program metrics including pipeline volume, conversion rates, event ROI, and offer acceptance data.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and program outcomes.
Required Skills
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years in Early Careers or hiring event management within a complex or global organization; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrable experience managing or contributing to structured talent programs (e.g. graduate schemes, internship pipelines, LevelUp-style initiatives)
- Proven track record of working with third-party vendors or RPO
- Strong event management background with comfort representing an organization externally at scale
- Experience working cross-functionally across HR, business stakeholders, and external partners
