About the Role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator Fellowship, you will gain hands-on experience supporting facility operations by working with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role is designed to provide exposure to day-to-day facilities management activities while developing foundational skills in operations, communication, and service delivery. Full time in person at client location downtown Atlanta
What You’ll Do
- Assist with coordinating vendor activities, work orders, and general facility operations.
- Support communication between landlords, tenants, and service providers.
- Track and manage work orders and monitor completion status.
- Maintain organized files including work orders and vendor documentation.
- Support building operations such as waste management and general upkeep.
- Respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with improvements.
- Perform administrative and operational support tasks.
