Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers

Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc. to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges and / or chambers, including relevant test equipment

Work with chamber/range equipment and service suppliers
-
Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following:
-
Experience with testing of antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range
-
Experience with operation of an antenna, radome, and / or RCS chamber/range
-
Experience with antenna and / or sensor measurement theory and range operation
-
Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Master of Science (MS) or PhD in electrical engineering
-
Significant experience simulating and/or estimating the effects of propagation, reflections, and scattering on an antenna under test (AUT) in an anechoic chamber
-
Measurement of hardware for RCS
-
Significant experience specifying, building, and validating antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges/chambers
-
Proficiency with Python, MATLAB and/or other high level scientific programming languages
-
Proficiency with high performance computing (HPC) environments and schedulers such as SLURM
-
Proficiency with modeling & simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi and GRASP
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities from multiple sources
-
Strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment with positive interaction
-
Demonstrated ability to put forth and drive technical execution plans
-
Knowledgeable of management processes, such as Earned Value
-
Experience presenting in technical reviews
-
Understanding of near-field-to-far-field processing algorithms
-
Experience designing and testing datalink, flight termination, telemetry, and/or GPS antenna systems
-
Experience being a Cost Account Manager or Integrated Product Team Lead

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
