The Role:
The candidate will provide critical support to Markem-Imaje’s Account Managers in US and Canada by ensuring that demo equipment is functional, presentable and configured for specific demo requests. They will ship equipment to the demo location, track the return of the equipment once the demo is completed, and repair maintain and prepare the equipment for the next demo.
Job Responsibilities:
- Repair sales dedicated equipment and prepare/configure for up-coming demos, trials and tradeshows
- Maintain proper level of inventory for working supplies, repairs and demo equipment
- Interface with Sales Management, Marketing and Area Commercial Support Specialists to align on assignments and priorities
- Maintain demo equipment for Sale Team demo/trials, including upgrading hardware/firmware when necessary and reconfigure the equipment when necessary
- Schedule and/or participate in pre-trial calls to ensure equipment is properly configured for upcoming demo/trial
- Prepare for and ship equipment to the demo location as requested by sales, and track shipments to ensure delivery meets scheduled date
- Maintain and properly store demo equipment when not in-use
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of demo printers and accessories to ensure equipment can be prepped for up-coming customer demos in a timely manner
- Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three years’ Field Service or Remote Service experience
- Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; three to five years related experience and/or training, or a combination thereof
- High aptitude with electro-mechanical equipment
- Ability to effectively document and communicate technical details
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical documentation, including product manuals, technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to all levels of the organization
- Inventory Management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in SAP MM & CS module is a plus, but not required
- Proven track record of effectively working in a team environment
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 Applications suite
- Proficient experience with SalesForce is a plus
- Experience with industrial communications and control software is a plus
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs occasionally through the workday
- Ability to travel bi-weekly/monthly to our Keene, NH facility to assist with the demo center operations during late Q3/Q4 2026

Work Arrangement : Onsite
Pay Range: $35.45 - $47.96 [per hour]
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
