Work You’ll Do
As a AI and Data Science Engineer III on the project, you will:
- Oversee end-to-end automation delivery lifecycle, including intake, assessment, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Coordinate across functional and technical stakeholders to align priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Lead customer engagement and outreach, serving as the primary point of contact to gather feedback and drive adoption.
- Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to established workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing program efficiency, scalability, and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- 3+ years experience in Business Process Design/Re-Design, with the ability to analyze, optimize, and improve operational workflows.
- 2+ years experience in Data Analysis, leveraging data to identify trends, support decisions, and measure program performance.
- 2+ years experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Intermediate), including defining, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
- 3+ years experience in Workflow Management, managing intake, prioritization, and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
