Title:
Program Coordinator
KBR is seeking a Program Coordinator to support engineering, logistics, and sustainment programs for C-130J and C-130H aircraft, including avionics modernization, propulsion sustainment, and propeller upgrade initiatives (54H60, NP2000, R391). This role ensures efficient program execution and supports engineering teams, government customers, and OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking for C-130J/H engineering and sustainment programs
- Manage documentation for avionics, propulsion, and propeller upgrade programs, including NP2000 retrofit efforts
- Coordinate communication between engineering teams, logistics personnel, depot facilities, and government stakeholders
- Assist with configuration management, contract deliverables (CDRLs), and technical documentation
- Prepare program briefings, status reports, and engineering support packages
- Track action items, risks, and program dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines
- Support workflow processes, data management, and program execution activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 10 years relevant experience
- Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or government programs
- Familiarity with C-130J/H avionics, propulsion, and propeller systems preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
