As a Shift Manager at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in overseeing store operations during your shift. This position is essential for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team performance, and maintaining store standards to support our mission of delivering quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations during the assigned shift to ensure smooth functioning of the store.
- Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained.
- Handle cash register operations and oversee financial transactions accurately.
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service expectations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with upper management on staffing needs and scheduling adjustments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail or store management roles is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
