Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated self starter for a Quality Engineer Staff position located in Grand Prairie, TX. This individual will be supporting the RF Product Center Quality Engineering team during all phases of development and production.
As the Quality Engineer Staff you will be responsible for collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams while representing the voice of quality in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:STEM Degree at Bachelors level or higher.
Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the secret level.
Thorough understanding of Quality principles in the Aerospace industry.
Previous development experience in Hardware Quality Engineering.
Reviewing and approving standards, engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality procedures.
Ability to accurately interpret drawings, specifications, and requirements.
Previous experience with the control and disposition of non-conforming material.
Ability identify and implement creative solutions to complex problems while working within the confines of Lockheed Martin and/or customer requirements.
Experience performing root cause and corrective action activities utilizing one or more formal RCCA tools.
A strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated presentation skills to cross-functional teams and levels.
Desired Skills:Supplier Quality Engineering experience.
Experience with transition to production activities.
Thorough understanding of AS9100 and/or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems.
Effective team building and collaboration skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
