We are seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our team as FedEx Drivers for local routes in Manhattan.
This position does NOT require a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and offers a competitive starting wage of $180 per day, with the potential to earn up to $220 per day.- At managements discretion and with tenure.
(Weekend hours are mandatory ), with the expectation of weekend availability. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles (minimum of 16-ft long) to transport FedEx packages on designated local routes in Manhattan.
· Provide outstanding customer service and represent FedEx in a professional manner.
· Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements: To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
· Be at least 21 years old.
· Possess physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
· Eligible to work in the United States.
· Have a minimum of 6 months of driver employment experience, including operating a vehicle at least 16 feet in length.
· Must undergo a background check.
· Maintain a good driving history as verified through a driver's license history check.
· Successfully pass a drug test and physical test.
· Complete a road test.
