the key connector between laboratory innovation and industrial execution. This
hybrid role in formulation and packaging ensures the seamless transformation of new product developments into scalable,
high-quality, and efficient manufacturing processes.
What you´ll do
- Lead the technology transfer
of products from R&D to the plant, ensuring scalability, operational
efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate and execute pilot
runs and validations in the plant for new formula and packaging
developments.
- Act as the technical expert
on the shop floor, making real-time decisions and managing operational
conflicts.
- Collaborate
cross-functionally with Development, Marketing, Quality, Deployment, and
R&D to ensure successful product launches.
- Ensure proper implementation
of packaging materials and their compatibility with production lines.
- Drive continuous improvement
in transfer and packaging processes, proposing innovative and practical
solutions.
- Document and standardize
transfer processes to ensure efficiency and replicability.
