Product development thermal management material for auto electronic.
Develop new products to meet customer requirements within an agreed timeline. Responsible for communication, documentation and report of laboratory research work, patent writing.
Support product engineer for scale-up, process optimization and quality improvement.
Provide support to customers and internal team for thermal product application and technical problem solving if required.
Daily lab maintenance following Henkel SHE/5s rules.
