About this Position
We are looking for an Anaerobic Plant Supervisor to support the safe and efficient running of our bulk production plant.
What you´ll do
- Supervise plant operations, equipment, materials and team performance
- Lead and support continuous improvement activities across safety, quality, service and cost
- Manage and support up to 4 operators on shift
- Drive scrap reduction and process improvements
- Support training and development within the team
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with health, safety and environmental standards
