About this Position
The Dayforce System Consultant plays a critical role in strengthening our HR technology landscape and ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant operations across multiple countries. You will be part of a collaborative HR Technology and Operations team that thrives on problem‑solving and continuous improvement. Working closely with HR, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders, you will help ensure a seamless Go‑Live for new countries, maintain high‑quality system performance, and support key upgrades and enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse HR processes, navigate complex country-specific requirements, and help shape the future of our HR systems by ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and user confidence.
What you´ll do
- Participate in discovery sessions to understand country-specific requirements, policies, and regulations for system alignment and Go‑Live readiness
- Support testing activities—including deployment preparation, execution, and post‑deployment validation—for all Dayforce project implementations
- Assist in data cutover tasks during parallel runs and Go‑Live, with increasing ownership of cutover activities
- Create, consolidate, and maintain standard and custom Dayforce reports, ensuring data accuracy and security
- Troubleshoot system issues, escalate technical concerns when needed, and provide day‑to‑day support on system usage and data integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system issues, test solutions, recommend process improvements, and support future upgrades and releases
- Maintain technical documentation and support materials while monitoring integrations (API Workbench/HR25), configurations, workflows, and mobile app functionality
