About this Position
This position adds value to the entire Consumer business by
taking a leadership role in integrating Sales and overall commercial
strategies. It develops sustainable business partnerships with key e‑retailers and continuously
enhances sales fundamentals.
What you´ll do
- Steer customer sales strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
- Manage and develop relationships between Henkel and key accounts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and achieve targeted business results.
- Lead the sales team and strengthen sales capabilities through effective people management.
- Plan and execute sales promotional activities and strategies to increase sales and margins with key customers.
- Take full responsibility for the entire sales organization (over 50 sales staff), covering both domestic sales and Asia export business across seven countries.
- Manage total net sales of KRW 230B across Laundry Care, Home Care, and Hair Retail categories.
