What you´ll do
1. Lead Strategy & Qualification Excellence
- Develop and implement a structured lead-handling and qualification framework.
- Screen leads from digital campaigns, distributor networks, industrial inquiries, and application engineering channels.
- Ensure effective prioritization of leads based on potential industry segments and application fit.
2. Online-to-Offline (O2O) Conversion Leadership
- Own the strategy for converting online interest—forms, website leads, inbound inquiries—into offline sales engagements.
- Partner with Product Marketing to refine digital messaging for adhesive product lines.
- Optimize customer engagement workflows to increase conversion rates and shorten lead cycle time.
3. Business Mapping & Account Development
- Lead detailed business mapping to understand complex industrial account organizations, production processes, procurement structures, and decision pathways.
- Identify new business opportunities in strategic verticals and collaborate with Sales Engineers/Application Engineers for penetration strategies.
4. Team Building & Leadership (Future Expansion)
- Establish the foundation for a scalable Inside Sales function—including SOPs, KPIs.
