The Schwarzkopf Professional Educator is fundamental in showcasing the breadth and scope of our market-leading products while expanding your creative boundaries. Salons and stylists will look to you for artistic inspiration, innovation and individual style by delivering the full benefits of the Schwarzkopf experience. An innate ability to inspire, energise, and excite our customers is at the heart of an Educator. You will demonstrate an extensive technical skill set, expert product knowledge and understanding of cutting-edge trends.
What you´ll do
- Deliver creative, first-class salon education and training that engages and inspires our customers
- Preparation and delivery of seminars and technical support via flexible learning platforms, Face 2 Face, virtual and online
- Collaborate with and support the Sales Area Manager and sales team to leverage market opportunities, build brand presence and position Henkel as the supplier of choice
- Grow existing customers through full ranging of Schwarzkopf Professional
& Shiseido Professional portfolio, sell in and sell through
- Attendance at events, regular in-house specialised training and Guest Artist sessions
- Continuously embrace opportunities to upskill and extend product and industry knowledge enabling a commitment to the SKP value of ’For every you’
