You will be working
across multiple growth segments, including DataCentre Infrastructure, Data and Telecom, Wind and Power.
What you´ll do
You will have the following tasks:
- Define and execute global account strategy with regional teams, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
- Target, defined prospect list from initial penetration, to project identification, and closure
- Identify business opportunities, steer business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives
- Translate customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap & drive sustainability initiatives to meet corp. ESG targets
- Drive and roll-out customer approvals and push upstream solution selling
- Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
- Implements new customer acquisition
- Plan & develop customer-specific success metrics beyond revenue (e.g., innovation impact)
- Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Optimize sales processes and leads (peers) KAMs to drive execution
- Develop and maintain strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations
- Steer and support internal resources to execute account strategy Deliver account targets KP/TP OSG and PC & lead cross-functional crisis response
