About this Position
The SHE Manager is responsible for driving the Sustainability, Health,
Environment and Safety (SHE) strategy at the Kurkumbh site. The role ensures
full compliance with Henkel SHE standards, legal requirements, and continuous
improvement agendas, while fostering a strong safety culture and advancing
sustainability and process safety excellence across the site.
What you´ll do
- Manage
the review, renewal, and compliance of all SHE-related legal permits,
licenses, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with environmental
regulations, including ETP operations, environmental clearances, and applicable
licenses.
- Perform
required monthly and quarterly SHE reporting as per internal and external
requirements.
- Analyze SHE performance trends and proactively
drive improvement actions
- Lead
investigation and root cause analysis of SHE incidents.
- Support
the development, implementation, and tracking of corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and closure of
incidents in Henkel’s reporting systems
- Develop
and deliver SHE training programs for employees, contractors, and
third-party workers.
- Strengthen SHE awareness and competence across
all levels of the organization.
