About this Position
The Planning Inventory Performance Manager Adhesive EU defines
and drives the European inventory strategy across 9 Sub-BUs, balancing service
level and cost to serve. The role leads inventory excellence through
governance, KPIs, and performance management in line with Global Supply Chain
best practices, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
across the Adhesive Operations Europe (AOE) organization.
What you´ll do
Inventory Strategy & Performance
- Own
and implement end-to-end inventory strategy across AOE domains
- Define,
cascade and monitor inventory KPIs aligned with regional and global
standards
- Analyze
performance trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive
inventory governance through structured review cadence, dashboards, and
reporting
- Partner
with functional leaders, SBUs, and Process & Systems teams to optimize
processes and systems
- Support
decision-making with clear insights and recommendations
Leadership & Collaboration
- Facilitate the EU Inventory Steering Committee chaired by AOE Head
- Represent Europe in the Global Inventory Community of Practice
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional alignment with GSC and SBUs
- Coordinate planning network heads and project teams to ensure execution of initiatives
