About this Position
As a Manager Sales Excellence & Strategy within Henkel Adhesive Technologies - Automotive OEMs you will shape our SBU’s performance and future growth by driving sales excellence, accelerating digital and AI transformation, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
What you´ll do
- Drive the global Sales & Key Account
Excellence roadmap, aligned with overall SBU strategy and growth
priorities
Lead digital and AI transformation initiatives
across the SBU and embedding data-driven workflows into core business
processes - Steer and implement high-impact, cross-functional
strategic projects, including sales excellence as well as broader SBU
topics (e.g., innovation and market strategy)
- Act as functional owner of sales and account
management tools (e.g., CRM, account planning), driving tool adoption and
data quality
- Independently lead strategic initiatives
end-to-end and develop high-impact, decision-ready recommendations for
senior leadership
- Translate complex data into clear,
decision-oriented insights and drive decisions through high impact
presentations
- Continuously improve the collaboration and
communication between functions via processes, governance, and tools
