About this Position
This role is part of the APAC regional engineering team and is
responsible for leading engineering initiatives across Korea and Japan sites.
The position focuses on continuous improvement, operational excellence,
maintenance reliability, and new technology implementation aligned with global
business strategies. The role requires close collaboration with regional
stakeholders across APAC and the ability to manage multiple projects and sites
simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What you´ll do
- Lead continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality, cost, and sustainability performance
- Develop engineering solutions related to production, process optimization, and maintenance improvement
- Manage capital projects (> EUR 5M annually), including vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Introduce and implement new production technologies and engineering best practices
- Support maintenance reliability and process safety initiatives
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams across APAC and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
