- The Shipping Coordinator is assigned to the Shipping Dept to manage the logistics of outbound shipments.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling shipments, creating necessary documentation, managing finished goods inventory, and coordinating deliveries with various freight carriers.
- Plan and schedule outbound shipments of finished goods to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to align shipping schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to shipping and transportation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shipping inquiries and issues, both internally and externally.
- Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipping-related challenges.
