About this Position
As Senior
Digital Marketing Manager Benelux, you are responsible for shaping and
driving the digital ecosystem across all professional brands within
Henkel Beauty Care. You lead the digital acceleration of the business across
three key pillars: social media, B2B e-commerce (e-shop), and digital
platforms & innovation projects.
You combine strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution to
elevate brand presence, enhance customer experience, and drive measurable
business growth.
In addition, you lead and develop a team of
digital marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, building
digital capabilities, and ensuring strong execution across all areas of
responsibility.
What you´ll do
Social Media Leadership (All Brands BNL)
- Define and lead the BNL
social media strategy across all brands, ensuring alignment with
global guidelines while maximizing local relevance.
- Oversee content strategy,
editorial planning, and channel activation (organic & paid).
- Drive best-in-class community
management, influencer collaborations, and advocacy programs.
- Ensure strong brand
consistency and storytelling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok,
LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance
metrics, translating insights into continuous improvement.
B2B E-shop & CRM Activation
- Own and accelerate the
performance of the B2B e-shop in Benelux, driving adoption,
engagement, and sales growth.
- Develop and execute CRM and
newsletter strategies to strengthen customer engagement and retention.
- Optimize the digital
customer journey, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences.
- Leverage data to drive personalization,
cross-selling, and conversion optimization.
- Work closely with Sales to
ensure strong customer activation and platform adoption.
Digital Platforms & Innovation
Projects
- Lead and implement key digital
transformation projects such as MaiA, ecosystem integrations,
eAcademy, and future innovations.
- Act as the BNL digital lead,
ensuring successful rollout and adoption of global and regional tools.
- Identify opportunities to
enhance digital touchpoints and customer experience ecosystem.
- Manage cross-functional
collaboration with global, regional, IT, and external partners.
- Drive change management and
user adoption across internal teams and customers.
Performance & cross-functional
collaboration
- Define and track digital
KPIs across all scopes (engagement, conversion, sales, adoption).
- Translate data into actionable
insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage digital budgets and
ensure strong ROI across investments.
- Act as a key sparring
partner for Marketing, Sales, and Education teams.
- Lead cross-functional alignment
and ensure integrated 360° activation.
