In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design, implement, and optimize advanced solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance.
What you´ll do
- Lead the design,
development, and deployment of automation and robotic systems to enhance
efficiency, safety, and product quality
- Evaluate, select, and
integrate robotic and process automation solutions (including DCS, PLC,
and SCADA systems) into existing operations
- Apply image processing
and industrial sensor technologies to improve automation accuracy, quality
control, and process monitoring
- Develop and manage
project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables,
ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive continuous
improvement initiatives by analyzing production processes and implementing
robotics/automation-based enhancements
- Monitor KPIs for
automation, robotics, and maintenance processes, providing data-driven
recommendations for optimization
- Ensure compliance with
industry standards, process safety, and internal company policies
throughout project execution
- Collaborate closely with
cross-functional teams—engineering, IT, production, and procurement—to
deliver holistic solutions
- Stay updated on emerging
trends in robotics, industrial automation, image processing, and RPA
technologies, applying innovations where relevant
- Mentor and support
junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical
excellence
