About this Position
Responsible for driving excellence in the execution of global innovations and in-store initiatives. This role ensures effective collaboration with marketing, product, and trade teams to implement sales strategies, enhance brand visibility, and optimize in-store execution aligned with business objectives.
What you´ll do
- Lead the execution of global innovation rollouts, ensuring high-quality and consistent implementation across markets.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing Heads and marketing teams on planning, budgeting, production, and execution of all in-store activities.
- Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to execute sales promotions and product communication strategies effectively.
- Develop and implement trade programs aligned with overall sales strategies and business goals.
- Coordinate and monitor execution of sales-related activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize initiatives.
- Support Trade Marketing teams in executing activities and achieving sales targets and budget objectives.
- Ensure that product benefits, brand values, and brand equity are consistently and accurately communicated across all touchpoints.
