What You’ll Do
As an RN with Maxim, you’ll provide personalized, skilled nursing care in a home setting.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering direct patient care (pediatric, adult, or geriatric cases available)
- Medication administration and treatments
- Trach/vent care, G-tube, or other skilled interventions (based on case)
- Monitoring patient status and coordinating with care teams
- Educating patients and families for long-term success

What to Expect

What You’ll Need
- Current RN or LPN license (Pennsylvania)
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 6 months–1 year of nursing experience (preferred, varies by case)
