What you´ll do

24-months rotational trainee program starting July 2026, focused on professional development in Strategic Purchasing.
Focus development of Purchasing skills by taking on tangible projects across different purchasing areas and making significant impact to Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies.
Show your full potential in day-to-day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and project leadership skills to the test.
Exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions and geographical scope.
Receive ongoing support by your manager, a mentor, a training plan and peer exchange.
