position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they impact production.
- Support equipment installations, changeovers, adjustments, calibrations, and startup activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history within the CMMS system.
- Follow all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and participate in continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives.
