This role will be based at one of our corporate offices in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX
This is your chance to be part of the Americas Marketing team supporting on-property and above-property marketing leaders drive hotel performance through digital advertising. As a Communications Manager, you will support team members across the Americas Marketing team with training content and performance narratives. You will report to the Senior Manager, Communications, and will focus on projects including hotel-facing content and proactive communications, leadership presentations, and other design-related tasks.
What You'll Do During a Typical Day:
- Consult with subject matter experts to refine technical documentation or guidance for clarity, conciseness, and brand style, voice and tone.
- Track and maintain all hotel-facing content on SharePoint and Salesforce platforms.
- Provide support for design-related requests for upcoming events, presentations, or initiatives that meet brand guidelines.
How You'll Collaborate With Others:
- Partner with the Hotel Level Marketing Enablement Lead to manage a hotel-facing communications calendar.
- Work with Hotel Level Marketing subject matter experts to distill complex processes into simple actions for hotel team members.
- Partner with Americas Marketing Team Members to develop performance narratives and supporting decks for presentations or meetings for non-marketing audiences.
Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of:
- You'll own our content management tracker, ensuring content is reviewed for accuracy, and make updates to our Hotel Level Marketing Lobby (intranet) and Support Hub via Salesforce.
- Work with team members to develop concise messages for a monthly hotel level marketing action email.
- Support internal team members with outlines, drafting and refinement of copy, and support slide design for presentations with hotel owners, property management companies, or on-property marketing leaders.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You Have These Minimum Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in Communications.
- Experienced as a copy editor using AP Style and can translate complex marketing speak into plain language for non-marketers.
- Three (3) years of experience with core design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and an expert level PowerPoint presentation builder.
- Three (3) Years experience conducting stakeholder interviews or discovery sessions to identify root problems and priorities.
- One (1) year of experience editing web content, especially SharePoint pages, web parts, and file structure.
- Travel up to 10%.
It Would Be Useful If You Have:
- One (1) year of experience editing video using production platforms like Synthesia, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- One (1) year of experience with content management or project management platforms like Airtable and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with email deployment platforms such as Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, including the skill to craft prompts to generate relevant insights, content, and recommendations.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $77,500 – $110,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
