Description:You will be the Project Manager for the GSC Operations team. Our team is responsible for driving the business‑rhythm across five GSC functional‑strategy tenants.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end program planning, coordinating tenant activities, integrating performance metrics, and delivering executive‑level reporting.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the single point of contact and liaison for all five GSC functional‑strategy tenants.
- Create, maintain, and continuously refine a master integrated schedule reflecting tenant deliverables and milestones.
- Define, collect, and validate key performance indicators and build executive‑grade dashboards.
- Produce weekly status briefs, monthly deep‑dive decks, and quarterly performance scorecards for senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college
• Experience with project management
• Experience handling multiple competing priorities in faced pace environment
• Expertise in both PowerPoint and Excel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance and supply chain to drive seamless project execution
Desired Skills:• Experience with Program/Project management and program integration processes
• Data Analytics and AI experience preferred
• Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues and solutions with program leadership
• Experience setting, measuring and tracking performance metrics
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written with Leadership and USG Customer
• Effective cross-functional teambuilding and coordination is essential
• Experienced with production programs and schedule management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
