Overview
The Parking Ambassador has a variety of duties providing quality service to customers and monthly parking with the goal of enhancing the customer experience. The Parking Ambassador must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Duties include but are not limited to pulling trash, cleaning entrances and exits, sweeping and wiping down stairwells, and making sure the parking garage is litter free.
Responsibilities
- Candidates must be able to commit to long-term employment
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather, as positions are located in parking garages assisting customers
- Willingness to support cleaning responsibilities as needed
- Maintenance candidates must be able to lift at least 20 lbs or more
- Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and navigate stairs, as the garages require frequent movement between levels
Qualifications
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
