What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately weigh and process inbound and outbound truck loads using scale systems
- Issue tickets, invoices, and documentation while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate traffic flow
- Maintain organized records and reconcile daily transactions and reports
- Support plant operations by monitoring inventory movements and identifying discrepancies
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed, including assisting with production reporting, data entry, customer interactions, coordinating site activities, and performing other duties to support efficient site operations.

Work Environment
This role is based at an active aggregates or ready mix facility with frequent interaction with trucks, equipment, and outdoor conditions. The position requires extended periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer, along with consistent communication with drivers and plant staff.
