Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their change management needs and develop tailored strategies.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Create comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and leaders in implementing change initiatives.
- Develop and deliver effective change management workshops and training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of organizational change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant or in a similar role.
- Change management certification (for example, Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering training sessions.
