As Director of Software Engineering in the Datacenter Software & Automation organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), you will provide strategic leadership to multiple engineering teams—and their managers—responsible for developing robust software solutions that enable the rapid, reliable delivery of OCI’s global datacenter infrastructure. Advocate for and drive improvements within existing architectures, guiding your teams in delivering resilient and scalable solutions.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the technology roadmap and operational strategies for datacenter automation, ensuring alignment with OCI’s priorities and evolving industry trends—especially as they relate to AI and cloud-scale operations.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a key liaison between software engineering, product, datacenter operations, and support teams; orchestrate internal and external resources to deliver successful project outcomes..
